PROGRAMMING

Particulars of the project are established through conversations with the client about their wishes, needs, lifestyle, and budget in addition to a review of the architecture, resulting in the scope of work.  The client’s personal taste and the overall aesthetic direction are also discussed in the creation of the design concept.

SCHEMATIC DESIGN

From the established programmatic requirements, the design of the project materializes through sketches as well as ideas for furniture, fixtures, coloration, materials, etc.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Based on client feedback from the schematic design phase, the design is presented through architectural drawings and specific selections for interior items.  A final design is agreed upon for implementation.

Production

Each approved item goes through its respective specification and production process; this could involve detailed drawings and coordination with several vendors, or a straightforward purchase.  Completed items are reviewed and inspected in preparation for the installation.

INSTALLATION

All elements of the design are coordinated and assembled within the interior. The client and designer review the final results and any necessary additions and adjustments are made.
